Terms of Service

1. Independent fan project — no affiliation

Bulin 47 Video is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored, authorized or endorsed by Bulin 47 (Hansel Reynoso), Kevin Way (Kevincito), their management, record labels, publishers, or by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Higgsfield or any other company mentioned. Their names are used only to describe and comment on a public trend. All trademarks, names, music, videos and likenesses belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The service is not directed to children.

3. Your photos and consent

• You may only upload a photo of yourself or of an adult who has given you clear permission to use their face for this purpose.
• You must not upload photos of minors, of public figures or celebrities, or of anyone who has not agreed.
• You confirm you have the rights needed in the photo you upload (for example, you took it or have permission from the photographer).
• You keep ownership of your photos. To provide the service you give us a limited, revocable license to process your photo only to create the video you request.

4. Acceptable use

Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In particular: no sexual or nude content, no impersonation or deception, no harassment, defamation, fraud, political or commercial endorsements, and always label AI content when you share it.

5. AI-generated content and labeling

Videos made with the service are synthetic (“deepfake”) media. When generation opens, every output will carry a visible AI label and machine-readable provenance information where technically possible. You must not remove or obscure these labels, and when you post an output you must use the platform's AI-generated content label and must not present it as real footage.

6. Third-party rights

The original freestyle video, its audio and the song “Dame Hombro” are owned by third parties. Outputs are for personal, non-commercial sharing as parody/commentary on the trend only. You may not sell outputs, use them in ads or sponsored posts, or claim ownership of the underlying music or footage. Rights holders can contact us through the takedown page and we will act promptly.

7. Early access, pricing and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.

The service is in early access and is provided “as is”. Video generation is not available yet and we accept no payments. Planned prices are one-time payments of $9.90 for 1 video, $19.90 for 3 videos and $29.90 for 5 videos (USD, no subscription). Purchased videos are credited to you and can be used once generation opens. Refunds follow our Refund Policy (/refund); for consumers in the EU/UK it also explains how the right of withdrawal applies to digital content.

8. Reports, takedowns and termination

Anyone can report content or a misuse of their likeness or copyright via our takedown page. We may remove content, refuse service or suspend access if these Terms are violated, and we may report illegal content (especially anything involving minors) to the authorities.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for content users create or share. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or intent, or your statutory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from photos you upload or outputs you share in breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. We may update these Terms; material changes take effect after we post them and, for the studio, require fresh confirmation.
