Acceptable Use Policy

1. Consent first

• Only use your own face or the face of an adult who has clearly agreed.
• If someone withdraws their permission, delete the video and stop sharing it.

2. Never allowed

• Any image of a person under 18 — no exceptions.
• Sexual, nude, sexually suggestive or intimate content of any kind, including “non-consensual intimate imagery”.
• Public figures, celebrities, politicians or influencers, unless it is you or you have their written permission.
• Impersonating someone to deceive, defraud, scam, or to make it look like a real person said or did something they didn't.
• Harassment, bullying, humiliation, hate, threats or defamation.
• Political content, election material, fake news, or fake endorsements and ads.
• Content that violates someone else's copyright, trademark or right of publicity beyond the personal, non-commercial meme use described in our Terms.
• Attempts to bypass safety checks, scrape the service or remove AI labels and watermarks.

3. Label AI content

Outputs are synthetic media. When you post one, switch on the AI-generated label on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, keep our watermark, and don't present it as real footage. This is required by platform rules and, in the EU, reflects the transparency duties for deepfakes under the AI Act (Art. 50).

4. Credit the original

The freestyle belongs to Bulin 47 and Kevincito. Credit the original creators when you post, and don't use outputs for commercial purposes.

5. Reporting
