Refund Policy

1. Who processes payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are paid back to your original payment method through Paddle.

2. Unused videos — 14-day refund

If you haven't generated any video from a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. For packs (3 or 5 videos), unused videos in a partly used pack are refunded pro rata at the price you paid per video.

3. Failed or broken generations

If a generation fails, the output is corrupted, or the face is clearly not mapped (for example a blank or distorted face), we'll either give the video back to your balance or refund it — your choice. Please contact us within 14 days of the generation.

4. Generated videos

Once a video has been generated successfully, it has been delivered, so it is not refundable just because you changed your mind. For consumers in the EU/UK: before starting a generation you agree to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends for that video once generation starts. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content are not affected.

5. Not eligible

• Purchases used in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy (for example photos of minors or of people who did not consent).
• Chargebacks filed without contacting us first — please email us and we'll sort it out quickly.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@bulin47video.site with the email address you used at checkout and your order number (on your Paddle receipt), or use the link in the Paddle receipt email. We reply within 2 business days; once approved, Paddle usually returns the money within 5–10 business days. See also our Terms.
